Reiki (pronounced RAY-KEY) is an ancient form of natural energy-based therapy that is practised all around the world.

Reiki is gentle and holistic, and can help to restore balance on all levels; physically, emotionally and spiritually. Having a Reiki session can help to create many beneficial effects including relaxation and feelings of well-being.

During your Reiki session you will either lay on a couch fully clothed or sit comfortably in a chair. The best way to decide whether Reiki is for you is to experience it yourself.

Learn Reiki (Usui Shiki Ryoho)

The learning is very relaxed and takes place here in my garden therapy room in Lincolnshire. As part of your onward Reiki learning journey you are also provided with an in depth e-manual.

There a three levels to learning this system of Reiki.

Reiki 1 (Reiki First Degree (Shoden)- Practitioner Level) is the starting point for those interested in learning Reiki for helping themselves, family and friends, but also for starting to practice professionally should you wish to.

Reiki 2 (Reiki Second Degree (Okuden)- Advanced Practitioner Level) is the next stage should you wish to learn Reiki further, and this stage provides you with the techniques to be able to deliver Reiki at a distance.

Reiki 3 (Third Degree Reiki (Shinpiden)- Reiki Master Teacher Level) is for those that want to teach Reiki to others. Although Reiki 3 is the final part of becoming a Reiki Master, it is only the beginning of a lifelong journey of learning filled with lots of new possibilities and self-discoveries.
